An outsourcing agreement primarily for use in relation to the outsourcing of IT or IT-enabled business process services where the services are being outsourced for the first time on a long-term basis. With appropriate amendments, it can also be used for a subsequent generation outsourcing arrangement.
Where the services that are being outsourced are less complex, non-IT or non-IT enabled services, the Outsourcing agreement: shorter form may be used.
