Pre-Taking control of goods regime and other 6 April 2014 amendment to enforcement provisions
On 6 April 2014, a new taking control of goods regime came into force together with some other amendments to enforcement law which resulted in amendment to the CPR. A lot of provisions in Schedules 1 and 2 (RSC and CCR) were moved into the CPR. The old law may still be relevant for completed execution before 6 April 2014.
