Employment tribunal case management order

An example of a case management order which anticipates the various stages of employment tribunal proceedings under the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
The example can be used in its entirety at the outset of proceedings either in preparation for attendance at a case management preliminary hearing, or to assist the parties reach agreement on the case management orders required prior to a preliminary hearing. Alternatively, individual sections of the example can be used by the parties when seeking specific orders from the tribunal at any stage of proceedings.
