Trevor Faure is the Global General Counsel & Partner of Ernst and Young Global; he is the head lawyer for the firm worldwide. Ernst & Young is one of the world’s "Big Four" professional services in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, employing 144,000 people in 140, with revenue of over $21BN in 2011. Faure leads teams comprising hundreds of lawyers from Sydney to Sao Paolo, New Delhi to New York and every major city in between. He is involved in all aspects of legal management, advice and strategy.

Faure attended Queen Mary College, University of London, earned an Honours Degree in Law. He is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and speaks fluent French having lived in Paris for 10 years before returning to his London in 2006.
In addition to his professional duties, Faure is an active mentor of aspiring lawyers; his networking has included private meetings with Nelson Mandela and President Barack Obama and he is listed at one of the top 3 in the 2011 Powerlist of the nation's most influential black people.
