Geys: employee must accept employer's repudiation for contract to be terminated (SC)

In Société Générale, London Branch v Geys [2012] UKSC 63, a majority of the Supreme Court restored a High Court's decision that an employee's contract continued until the date he received his employer's unequivocal notice that it was exercising its contractual right to summarily terminate his employment by making a payment in lieu of notice.
