In CG Group Ltd v Breyer Group Plc [2013] EWHC 2722 (TCC), Akenhead J in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) held that the adjudicator had not breached the rules of natural justice and did not exceed his jurisdiction when reaching his decision.
