Court directs local authority to file evidence and care plans consistent with the court's finding of parental risk (Court of Appeal)

In W (A Child) v Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and others [2013] EWCA Civ 1227 the Court of Appeal considered a mother's appeal against a care order based on the court’s findings of parental risk with which the local authority disagreed. The local authority supported the appeal.
