The Royal Borough of Greenwich has been served with a direction requiring it to comply with the Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity.
Note: on 27 March 2015, the council announced that it had decided not to comply with the direction and the Secretary of State has now issued legal proceedings seeking enforcement of that direction.
