Detriment spanning series of discrete fixed-term contracts could be a "series of similar acts" (EAT)

In Ibarz v University of Sheffield UKEAT/0018/15, the EAT considered a tribunal's decision that complaints brought under the Fixed-Term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2002 and the Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 were out of time as the less favourable treatment had not amounted to a "series of similar acts", having occurred over a series of discrete fixed-term contracts.
