In Adams and others v Atlas International Property Services Ltd and others [2015] QBD, 24 July 2015, the High Court considered whether it had jurisdiction, under Articles 6 and 15 of the 2001 Brussels Regulation, over claims brought against Spanish lawyers by English domiciled purchasers of property in Spain.
