The National Assembly for Wales has passed the Renting Homes (Wales) Bill.
Note added on 27.11.15: The period of intimation for the Bill expires on 15 December 2015, after which it will be submitted for Royal Assent if no representations are made. We understand that it is anticipated that it will receive Royal Assent in January 2016.
