High Court grants anti-harassment injunction

The High Court has applied the principles which arise in balancing competing rights under Articles 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights in considering whether conduct was unreasonable, so as to amount to harassment, under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. (Edward Ware v John McAllister [2015] EWHC 3086 (QB), 24 July 2015.)
