HMCTS publishes guidance note on using email in County Court proceedings

From 7 December 2015, enquiries to County Courts can be received by email. HMCTS has published guidance on what this entails.
Note: This guidance has been circulated by Birmingham County Court. It reflects the provisions in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.3 of the new Practice Direction 5B, which is due to come into force on 7 December 2015. Please note that there appear to be some discrepancies between this guidance and both the Family Law Practice Direction 5B (which is due to come into force on 7 December 2015) and the HMCTS email guidance.
