In Pressland v The Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham [2016] EWHC 1763 (Admin), the High Court considered whether an application could be made under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the development of land without complying with conditions subject to which a previous planning permission had been granted by a development order.
