Licence for alterations (major works)

A licence from the landlord to the tenant giving consent to carry out works or alterations at the property. This standard document is intended for use with reasonably substantial works, which may require planning permission and be subject to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/51).
