Spain lodges appeal against Telefonica decision

On 12 January 2008, details were published in the Official Journal of an action brought by Spain to seek the annulment of the Commission's decision finding that Telefónica had breached Article 82 of the EC Treaty by imposing an illegal margin squeeze in the Spanish broadband market.
