Practical Law legislation trackers
Practical Law produces legislation trackers in various areas of law in order to assist subscribers in following the progress of consultations, draft proposals and draft Bills to adoption or enactment and implementation.
The Practical Law Commercial legislation tracker monitors the progress of pieces of EC and UK legislation that are of particular interest to commercial practitioners. It also tracks the progress of relevant European Commission Action Plans.
The Practical Law Construction legislation tracker monitors the progress of selected pieces of UK and EU legislation that are of particular interest to construction practitioners. It also includes links to other relevant Practical Law legislation trackers and the public procurement case tracker.
The Practical Law Corporate legislation tracker monitors the progress of pieces of EC and UK legislation that are of particular interest to corporate and commercial practitioners. It also tracks developments to the Takeover Code and selected FSA Handbook Rules and follows the progress of certain European Commission Action Plans. Once a piece of legislation has come into force, or has begun to apply (in the case of financial reporting measures), its status is changed to "legislation in force" and it remains in the tracker for 12 months before it is removed.
