Article 8 defence to housing possession claim succeeds (Court of Appeal)

The Court of Appeal has ruled on Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights in a housing possession case (Southend-On-Sea Borough Council v Armour [2014] EWCA Civ 231 (12 March 2014)).
Note added (February 2015): it has been reported that Southend-on-Sea Borough Council have been refused permission to appeal to the Supreme Court.
