Insurance Bill: Law Commission produces revised draft warranty clause

The Law Commission has published a revised draft clause 11 dealing with breach of terms (including warranties) of an insurance contract not relevant to the actual loss. The Commission hopes that it may be agreed in time to be included in the Insurance Bill currently before the House of Lords. The Commission has also published a note setting out the amendments to the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 included in the Insurance Bill.
