In CSK Electrical Contractors Ltd v Kingwood Electrical Services Ltd [2015] EWHC 667 (TCC), Coulson J enforced an adjudicator's two decisions. Among other things, the court rejected an allegation relating to information provided in the application to appoint the adjudicator.
