OFT publishes clearance decision in acquisition of Rebus by Northgate
On 26 January 2004, the Office of Fair Trading published its clearance decision in respect of the anticipated acquisition by Northgate Information Solutions plc of Rebus HR Group Ltd. The OFT announced its decision not to refer the merger to the Competition Commission under the Enterprise Act 2002 on 16 January 2004.
