Additional award

Compensation which may be payable to an employee if an employer ( www.practicallaw.com/5-200-3198) does not comply with a reinstatement or re-engagement order made by an employment tribunal ( www.practicallaw.com/9-200-2984) under ERA 1996 ( www.practicallaw.com/4-200-3207) . If ordered, an additional award would normally be in addition to the basic award ( www.practicallaw.com/9-200-3035) and compensatory award ( www.practicallaw.com/9-200-3101) and will be between 26 and 52 weeks’ pay, subject to current statutory limits.
