AGM season

The time period (generally in the spring) when UK public companies report to shareholders on how their money is being spent. All UK listed companies ( www.practicallaw.com/6-203-2398) must hold an annual general meeting  ( www.practicallaw.com/7-107-6401) (AGM) where they present their reports and accounts to shareholders and where directors answer questions on the company's business activities.
