This model application notice should be read in conjunction with the associated drafting notes, which are set out below.
Remember that PD 23A.2.1 requires the N244 to be signed, regardless of whether or not a statement of truth is required.
This application notice assumes that the claim is not proceeding under the shorter trials scheme (STS) which has applied in the Business and Property Court nationwide since 1 October 2018.
