Companies House security form changes

The amendments to Companies House's security discharge forms MG04, LL MG04, MG04s, LL MG04s, MG05s, LL MG05s and OS MG03, which Companies House was intending to make in January 2011, have been delayed until 14 March 2011. Companies House has also announced minor amendments to other security forms to be made on that date.

NOTE ADDED 10.01.11: On 6 January 2011, Companies House announced further minor changes to forms MG01s (Particulars of a charge created by a company registered in Scotland) and LL MG01s (Particulars of a charge created by a limited liability partnership registered in Scotland).
