Updated boilerplate provisions

We have updated the boilerplate provisions of our professional appointments, collateral warranties and schedules of third party rights. (Free access.)

We have updated the boilerplate provisions in our:

Professional appointments. See Standard documents, Professional appointment and Professional consultant's letter of appointment.
Collateral warranties. See Standard documents, Collateral warranty to be provided by a contractor, Collateral warranty to be provided by a professional consultant, Collateral warranty to be provided by a sub-contractor to an employer and Collateral warranty to be provided by a sub-contractor to a funder, purchaser or tenant.
Schedules of third party rights. See Standard documents, Schedule of third party rights to be provided by a contractor, Schedule of third party rights to be provided by a professional consultant and Schedule of third party rights to be provided by a sub-contractor.

The updates render the standard documents more flexible and make them easier to use with related material from other Practical Law services. This is especially useful on large projects, which may encompass property, finance and general commercial documents.
