We have published an article which considers three decisions in which the Swiss Supreme Court added important contours to the ground for challenging an award for arbitrariness. Although this ground is only available in Swiss domestic arbitrations, the cases are also relevant to the right to be heard, which is a ground for challenging an international arbitral award.
