In McLennan Architects Ltd v Jones and another [2014] EWHC 2604 (TCC), the court set out some of the factors to be considered when considering an application for the inspection of property under CPR 25.1.
The judgment also dealt with the defendants' application for security for costs, which was successful. As it was decided based on established principles, this update does not cover that aspect of the judgment.
