On 23 October 2014 the Department of Health published its response to the consultation on the guidance and regulations underpinning Part 1 of the Care Act 2014. The proposed final regulations are annexed and several sets were laid before parliament on 27 October 2014. The statutory guidance issued under the Care Act 2014 was also published on 23 October 2014.
