In Harding (t/a MJ Harding Building Contractors) v Paice [2014] EWHC 4819 (TCC), Ramsey J enforced an adjudicator's two decisions, finding that the adjudicator had jurisdiction because the parties' construction contract (an amended JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2011 edition (IC 2011)) contained an adjudication clause.
