Whether service charge provisions should be modified in new LRHUDA 1993 lease (Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber))

In Rossman v The Crown Estate Commissioners [2015] UKUT 288 (LC), the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) considered whether, in a claim for a new lease under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (LRHUDA 1993), the service charge provisions of the existing lease should be modified under section 57 of the LRHUDA 1993 because the aggregate of the service charge contributions from all the tenants exceeded 100% of expenditure.
