Planning (Hazardous Substances) Wales Regulations 2015 implement Seveso III in Wales

The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/1597) came into force on 4 September 2015. They implement the land-use planning requirements of the Seveso III Directive in Wales (Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC).
