Terrorist financing offences: use and possession, funding arrangements and money laundering

This note is no longer being maintained and accordingly does not reflect the current position of sanctions addressing counter-terrorism which are now to be found in the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/577) which came into force from 7 December 2020 and repealed the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc Act 2010. This practice note will shortly be replaced by a note addressing the 2019 Regulations.
