In Worthington v 03918424 Ltd (16 June 2015, unreported), the Manchester District Registry considered the appropriate costs order where a personal injury claimant had exaggerated his claim and accepted a Part 36 offer out of time. The case was decided on the basis of CPR 36.10 in force in May 2014.
