Article 15 BIIR transfer application: children's wishes and feelings relevant consideration (High Court)
In Medway Council v JB and others [2015] EWHC 3064 (Fam), MacDonald J determined that, when dealing with an application under Article 15 of Brussels II Revised (2201/2003), to transfer proceedings to a court of another member state, the wishes and feelings of the children are relevant considerations.
