EU General Court confirms three-dimensional car drawings not distinctive as trade mark for land vehicles and toys

The EU General Court has partially upheld a decision of an OHIM Board of Appeal that a three-dimensional sign represented by sketch drawings of a car was devoid of distinctive character in respect of vehicles, games and toys. (Jaguar Land Rover Ltd v OHIM, Case T-629/14, 25 November 2015.)
