New practice directions relating to new definition of MIAMs mediators and filing of documents by email

New Practice Directions 5B and 9B and amendments to exisiting practice directions have been issued by the President. They supplement the amendments and additions to the Family Procedure Rules 2010 (SI 2010/ 2955) that will take effect when the Family Procedure (Amendment No 3) Rules 2015 (SI 2015/1868) come into force in December 2015 and January 2016.
