The High Court in LDRA Ltd and others v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and others [2016] EWHC 950 (Admin) has held that an Inspector acting on behalf of the Secretary of State had failed to have due regard to the public sector equality duty under section 149 of the Equality Act 2010.
