Adjudicator's fees were reasonable and losing party obliged to pay them

In Fenice Investments Inc v Jerram Falkus Construction Ltd [2011] EWHC 1678 (TCC), HHJ Waksman QC in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) held that Fenice was entitled to recover the balance of the adjudicator's fees from the losing party (Jerram Falkus), when Jerram Falkus failed to pay them.
