Limitation period in claim for failing to advise of change in the law (High Court)

by PLC Dispute Resolution
In Integral Memory plc v Watts [2012] EWHC 342 (Ch) (22 February 2012), the High Court considered the limitation period for a claim in negligence, breach of contract and misrepresentation against a firm of accountants in respect of tax advice.
On 19 July 2012, the Court of Appeal considered and denied an application for leave to appeal the decision of the High Court. See Integral Memory plc v Watts [2012] EWCA Civ 1176 for the judgement of the Court of Appeal.
