In KNN Colburn LLP v GD City Holdings Ltd [2013] EWHC 2879 (TCC), Stuart-Smith J in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC), held that the referral notice was served when e-mailed to the adjudicator, but the adjudicator did not breach the rules of natural justice when making his decision.
