Northern Ireland High Court lifts automatic suspension on award of framework agreement for hospital building works

The Northern Ireland High Court has granted an application by Western Health and Social Care Trust and the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety to lift the automatic suspension, under regulation 47G(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, so allowing it to proceed with a framework agreement for building works at a hospital.
