Irregularity in signing of Precedent H costs budget did not trigger sanction in CPR 3.14 (High Court)

In Americhem Europe Ltd v Rakem Ltd [2014] EWHC 1881 (TCC), the court considered whether the fact that a Precedent H costs budget had not been signed by "a senior legal representative" of the party in question (as required by PD 3E.6) triggered the sanction in CPR 3.14 so that the party was deemed to have submitted a budget only in respect of the applicable court fees.
