Adoption order revoked because adopters relinquished care (High Court)

In PK v Mr and Mrs K [2015] EWHC 2316 (Fam), the young person applied to revoke her adoption order, after suffering years of abuse when her adoptive parents sent her to live with relatives in Ghana. The High Court considered the case to be highly exceptional and invoked its inherent jurisdiction to make the order.
