CJC publishes report on reforming damages-based agreements

On 2 September 2015, the Civil Justice Council (CJC) published its report on damages-based agreements (DBAs), The Damages-Based Agreements Reform Project: Drafting and Policy Issues. The report includes recommendations to the government on revisions to the draft Damages-Based Agreements Regulations 2015 and recommendations on some key wider policy issues governing the operation and utility of damages-based agreements.
