New arrangements for postal service by FPS under EU Service Regulation and Hague Service Convention
The Foreign Process Section (FPS) has introduced a new procedure for serving proceedings by post under Article 14 of the EU Service Regulation and Article 10 of the Hague Service Convention. This replaces the procedure previously put in place by the FPS of despatching documents through the Aldwych post office.
