CPR update: Civil Procedure (Amendment No 3) Rules 2016

The Civil Procedure (Amendment No 3) Rules 2016 were laid before Parliament on 21 July 2016 and will come into force on 3 October 2016. The principal amendment is the replacement of CPR Part 52 (Appeals) with a revised, consolidated version.
On 24 August 2016, the Ministry of Justice published a correction slip in relation to The Civil Procedure (Amendment No 3) Rules 2016 (see Legal update, MoJ publishes correction update for Civil Procedure (Amendment No 3) Rules 2016).
