Arranger

A bank which has been awarded the mandate by the borrower to arrange a bond ( www.practicallaw.com/0-107-6503) issue (also referred to as a lead manager ( www.practicallaw.com/9-107-6749) ) or syndicated loan ( www.practicallaw.com/A37054).

If there is more than one arranger the role will often be subdivided so that one arranger is in charge of documentation and one is the bookrunner ( www.practicallaw.com/3-107-6506) .
