A note examining the statutory dismissal and disciplinary procedures (DDPs) under the Employment Act 2002.

IMPORTANT. The statutory DDPs were repealed on 6 April 2009 in Great Britain. This note is now only relevant to cases in Northern Ireland and ongoing cases in Great Britain to which the transitional provisions apply (see below).
