WARNING: Changes to the CRC

The government is in the process of making significant changes to the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme in order to simplify it. These notes address the current requirements of the CRC, but should be read in light of the proposed changes. We will update these practice notes and all other relevant maintained resources once the changes to be made to the CRC are confirmed.

For a summary of the review process and the changes to the CRC since the scheme came into operation on 1 April 2010, see Practice note, CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme: What changes have been made to the scheme since it was launched? (www.practicallaw.com/1-518-7011)
